Tuesday Aug 26: Drum Class from 4:00pm to 5:30pm followed directly by Dance Class 5:30 to 7:00
Thursday Aug 28: Drum Class from 3:30pm to 5:00 pm dance Class 5:30 to 7:00
Cost is $15 per class.
Bring some extra spending cash, they usually bring beautiful traditional fabrics and clothing and sometimes DVD's and CD's.

Moustapha will be in Felton and Santa Cruz
AND TTM Santa Cruz is pleased to present two special dunun classes with
Moustapha Bangoura! Moustapha, a Master Dancer and fantastic dunun player,
spent 22 years with Les Ballets Africains, the oldest national dance company
of Guinea. Moustapha will be visiting Santa Cruz (and Felton!) for two
weekends in
August, teaching dance and dunun. His understanding of the music as both a
dancer and a musician makes this a very special treat!
The lowdown on the dunun classes is as follows:
Two Sundays, August 24 and 31, 2 to 4 pm, at the Center for Healing, 6144
Highway 9 in Felton (in the Bank of America building). Classes are $20 each
- join us for one or both! All levels are welcome.
PLEASE let me know if you plan to attend, and also whether you need to
reserve a dunun for the class. There is a limited number of drums available
for those who may wish to take the class but do not have dunun. For more
